My first experience with Boston City Ride for towncar service was not favorable. I was visiting friends in the outer Boston suburbs and needed a ride to the airport early Monday morning. I made a reservation, confirmed it prior to the weekend, and then expected the driver to pick me up Monday morning. When the driver didn't show, the dispatcher told me that "the driver got a flat tire." But if that were truly the case, why wouldn't a conscientious driver on his/her way to pick up a customer have placed a quick call to line up backup support?
Next time I'm in need of Boston town car service, I will be using a different provider.
