This is the second brand new vehicle I have bought from Bertera Chevrolet and I have once again been completely satisfied with my entire process from start to finish. I left a horrible dealership and experience when I was at Medeiros Williams Chevy Dealership in Wilbraham Mass but at Betera Chevy in Palmer, my experience was wonderful.
