Good: Cannot believe the so called "office manager" in the Maineville ohio office would talk to me the way she did. I have a 5 year old that has been going to Dr Gordon since she was very small. We are in the process of moving and I needed to call the day before to reschedule because Kaylen (my daughter) without notice had to stay with her grandma. So, I needed to reschedule. I was treated very unkind and rudely and told that it "had to be an emergency" to miss an appt. and that I would be put on "violation". Bad: and Probation for not calling 36 hours prior. Even though I was telling them way above 24 hours. I had no knowledge of the 36 hour notice, but do understand if a patient misuses and cancels all of the time. I however, had never done that and certainly this was a special case since she was out of twon at the last minute. I was hung up on and told to find another dentist. I asked to talk to Dr Gordon and was told that "he never takes calls" Worst experience with a dentist ever and I have 4 children.. Improvements: The rudest woman I have ever come acrossed my whol 41 years of life.. Other: DO not go to this dentist, they could care less about little girls and thier teeth, this is ver clear. A dentist who will NOT talk to his patients??? Unheard of.. more
