Once outstanding buffet was very poor on three visits in April & May, 2010.
On a Sat. eve.(5/29) w/ good sized crowd present, food was tired & dried out, and there were long periods w/o replacement of empty (or inedible scraps) trays. I make allowances for some tired food when biz is poor & restaurant makes honest effort, but on this night, diners were treated unfairly. Spare ribs were held back so long that when new batch came out, it was already dried out and barely edible. Will no longer patronize.
