Absolutely astounded that the sales manager had the nerve to tell me that they could not go down any lower on the price because they spent over $400.00 in service, servicing the vehicle. I want to tell you to get everything that they said they did in writing because, they did not do any service on the vehicle I purchased! The best thing I can say about the dealership is the General Manager did give me my money back and took the car back. I will never step foot on another Joe Cooper carlot as long as I live. There is no need to misrepresent yourself or what they do to the car before you purchase it and if you do misrepresent yourself expect to get bad reviews. Please just be careful and get everything in writing.
