Good: The employees at Trace Media were very honest in their dealings. The short duration for which we interacted, I felt relaxed as nothing was hidden from me, making it easier to conduct business.. Bad: Nothing in particular....just the fact that I couldn't find a nice snack-bar in the vicinity!. Improvements: They could add a few more members to their organization.. Other: Seriously recommend Trace Media for smaller and start-up businesses that are struggling to find customized SEO packages. The prices at Trace Media are competitive but the service is much superior than the average online marketing service-provider..
