They have a product called PURT that removes pet urine. Fantastic stuff! Worked wonders on the home we moved into. The staff and owner are all very nice and the carpets look so great afterwards. The dog and our two year old were back on it hours after they left! Don't call Stanley Steamer...or Stanley Squisher as we refer to them. They just soak your carpet with hot water and then suck half of it back up. That doesn't clean anything!
