I have lived here for 4 months now and from the roaches to the nasty carpet I really hate this place. I would not reccomenend this place to anyone. They seem on way but they act another way. They have a ridiculous late fee on rent. They need to be a little more lineant considering the fact they don't fix anything. I think my porch is going to fall in its so week. and besides that the carpet was promised to be new but instead halfway cleaned and so was the apartment when I moved into. crumbs all in the walls. Red stains in the carpet...etc. This is a travesty cause they do false advertisments as well. I hate salem ridge apt.
