Good: Friendly sales staff, in-house financing, good payment terms, fast approval process.. Bad: Too many issues with vehicle: water coming in from slit in roof, windshield had been replaced. Transmission was leaking after 2nd month, 3 out of 4 screws were missing. This was a vehicle that was inspected by them prior to my purchase. I have not had the van for 2 years yet and it has been in the shop numerous times. It currently is not drivable.. Improvements: What I would like to see is: the friendly service you receive when you purchase an auto from them, is the same as when you have an issue. The owner avoids your phone calls and the staff gives you the run around. That they communicate with each other, my pay weeks changed, they told me they could not change payment terms of my contract, so a note has been on my account since 1/09, saying when payments will be made,(a standing payment arrangement) but they call me repeatly asking for payments every due date.. Other: My transmission died on 12/8/09, they fixed it after arguing with them for days. They kept it for 8 weeks! When I finally got it back, it was leaking again, they had not sealed it and they had it again for 3 days. Then on 6/1/2010, my axle broke and transmission fell out of van. They claim that they are not responsible and will not do anything more for me. Wants proof that they did not fix van properly the first time. I will never buy another car from them and I don't recommend anyone else does..
