I would like to favorably comment on your sales staff. Mr. Jose Royo was most gracious and attentive to all our questions. He really understood the Chevy models, and helped us to select the best model to suit our needs. Then, to meet an equally gracious and caring sales mgr, Ramiro, was beyond expectations (two enjoyable professionals at the same dealership)! When I decided to assist my parents for their car purchase, I was prepared to "endure" the process. Instead, we were welcomed to a most enjoyable time! I would only add that Amy, in the financial dept., was very helpful in explaining all the details. I would say in closing, that we have not met the talented individual that put these folks all in the same dealership. He/she has done an awesome job! Again, best wishes for continued success.
