I had a delightful experience at your dealership on Decemeber 18th and 19th. My "99 Yukon had unexpectedly broken down and needed a new fuel filter. Your people there deserve the highest praise for their excellent customer service. Specifically, Dave TaFoya (the porter/driver) and Norm Fryer (service advisor). They were courteous and professional with their diagnosis of my vehicle's program, and they were able to fix the situation and get my vehicle back to my in a timely manner.
