Mike's offers great service at very competitive prices. They always get back to you in a timely manner & explain everything they are going to do to the vehicle and why they are doing it. Also, if a repair isn't super urgent, they give you the option of coming back at a later date to get it done then (it's a big help for the cash-strapped). They have wonderful, friendly customer service. Plus, they even have loaner cars so you won't be stuck while your car is in the shop.
