A lot went wrong with this party. Owner told me the price of the party over the phone. When I signed the contract, I was then told the price was more, and that you have to guarantee more children on the weekend. You must calculate the bill yourself and pay it in full BEFORE the party starts! I later figured out the reason behind this is that the party will not be what you expected, and people would probably be asking for credits. Where else does this happen? Do you know of any other place that forces you to pay in full before the services are rendered? The prices will also change (increase) from the time of booking to the day of the party. My daughter was promised by the owner that Cinderella was flying in from Disney just to be at her party. Well, Cinderella got the flu. The substitue was a nice girl, however, she could not fit into the costume so the back of the dress remained opened, she had BROWN hair and was wearing a dress that was very worn and wasn't even ironed. One mother said she looked HORRIFIC! The girls do not receive dresses to dress up in, but old, torn tutus. They looked dirty and even a four-year-old pointed out all of the holes in it! The ice cream cups served for desert were melted. The soda was warm, and they ran out of ice. One of my party guest had to go to a local store and buy some! I have rarely experienced such a lack of professionalism by the owner of a business. She has an attitue and clearly thinks she is doing you a favor by hosting your party. There was no apology or compensation for not fulfilling the obligations of the contract. She will, however, hold you to your end of the agreement, by even asking for a tip before your party starts!! After all who would leave a tip afterwards? There is another party place similar to this one, and I urge you to seek out other options before even considering this place. I could not have been more disappointed with this, and I have booked many, many birthdays over the years for my 5 children.
