You do not want to go to the Richmond Sears Optical Center. When I went, the woman I dealt with was a complete condescending nightmare. She looks down her nose at the customers, and she has the gall to lecture customers! She was snide and rude and had the nerve to gossip about me to another employee while I was looking at glasses to buy from her store! I left immediately and will never return. They have forever lost my money--and I hope you don't waste yours on such horrid treatment. Also, I bought stellar glasses online for 1/4 of the cost!
