This is why they had no idea who you were. If they took the time to find out who you were supposed to meet with they would not get the commission for writing your policy or making changes to it, the other person would. In the simple minded little worlds of greed and backstabbing they would rather lose a customer than a commission . I have a policy there, went to school with a guy who works there that is the only reason I'm still with the company and every time i try to make a change I attempt to contact my agent and am met with the same thing u just described they "do not know that person" ,"who I'm talking about" or as far as "that person doesn't work in this office i don't think" or "i don't see your appointment but i can help you". after 5 years I have my agents cell phone number.
