The selection is pitiful. When I asked for a Hitchcock movie, the clerk had never heard of him and after searching the computer informed me that they did not have a single one of his movies. I can rarely find a movie I want to see. When I do they are usually so scratched that they skip, stutter and stall when playing. I finally canceled my account after renting a defective blue ray DVD. It would play the ads at the beginning of the disc just fine but would not even load the movie. The clerk informed me that it was my DVD player's fault and that there was nothing wrong with the DVD, without even testing it. He refused to refund my money. He insisted that my player was too old (it is fairly new, but he didn't ask). Netflix and on-demand here I come.?
