I needed to get a smog check and wasnt sure where to go, I was able to find Bills online and Im extremely glad I did. The staff there was great, Alex greeted me when I walked in and got all of my information even though I didnt bring in the right paper work. I told him I was going to grab a bite to eat while they did the smog and he even recommended a place for me to try out. The smog was complete exactly when Alex sat it would be and he called me on my cell phone to let me know when they were finished. Upon my return to pick up my truck I was helped out by another extremely friendly gentlemen certainly do a wonderful job of making the customer feel welcomed. Ive not dealt with many wuto shops who have exhibited this type of customer service, the hershey bar and be coming back to Bills. thanks, Mitch
