I switched to Ackerman Security 10 months ago and i am extremely pleased and grateful for the quick response time when my alarm goes off. the reponse time has ranged from 10 seconds to 30 seconds. The company I switched from sometimes never called so I am so happy I switched over to Ackerman. And I'm now paying less and saving money...
