had ADT. Ackerman guy was there to switch and save money. he was thorough and tested the system including the fire auto button. the next night ADT called us to tell us the alarm was going off - the fire alarm. i told them thanks for "letting" my house burn for 24 hours before calling me. I switched to Ackerman. Glad I did. Roscoe
