My husband and I have been living in an Apple rental house since Aug 09.
Apple and Ms. Lisa Dankers have been most responsive to our concerns. They have been attentive to little things: sending over a replacement furnace filter (unasked for) and big: including repairing a leaking water heater during a holiday weekend. Apple's phone call and email followup is outstanding. We appreciate it when a business replies promptly, quickly resolves the issue, and doesn't leave us wondering if we've been heard and when our concerns will be addressed. On this Apple receives 5 stars.
We would be happy to do business with Apple in the future.
Btw, We are not related to anyone at Apple and do not have any vested interests. We are just new tenants that moved from the east side and wanted a nice house to rent in metro-Seattle.
