Falcon Realty – or Frederick Realty, the old name – “managed” one of my properties for a short period of time. They were so incompetent, it was more work managing them than dealing with the tenant directly. Nothing got done on time, every request had to be made several times, no updates on leasing when the property was vacant, emails and calls went without response until the next reminder.
Steer away from any services they offer. I wouldn’t trust them to do anything for me.
