I showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early, only to find a lobby FULL of people waiting for their appointments. After waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I asked and was told it would be another 20-30 minutes before we could even get our pictures taken. Than there was the 1 hour wait to get the pictures developed. NO THANKS. When greed over-rides your obligation to the customer you lose business. Whats the point in scheduling an appointment when you overbook to such a ridiculous level that you can't possibly keep up with the schedule.
