Good: They have a nice selection of novelty hats, and they shipped quickly. I liked the fact that the size is truly an adult size. I wouldn't however purchase anything else from them and would have returned this if there was time.. Bad: I ordered a polar bear hat and the design is great, but there are all kinds of quality issues in the machine threads. It's an ivory color over 90% of it, yet full of non-removable dark lints and scrubs that cannot be removed. The quality is poor and I would not order from them again. I didn't want to have to pay for the shipping in a return, plus it was a gift - so I just kept it - but am not happy with the quality.. Improvements: Quality of knit products needs improvement.. Other: Ordering from the internet is something I do a lot of and I think it's great. That said, some things are just risky because you have to eat the shipping cost if you consider a return. I wouldn't order anything knit or more unique than a baseball cap from Berkeley Hat. YMMV..
