It's rare to hear an owner of a auto repair shop on air. Mr. Kien Nguyen, the owner, has his own weekly radio talk show on a Vietnamese radio station. I often listen to him on my way home from work. He is extremely knowledgeable. Listeners can call in and ask any questions about cars. I learn a lot from his talk show.
It's not easy to find a honest, reliable auto repair shop. Mechanics turn over is high. Repair at dealership is too expensive. Managers emphasize more on profit and productivity than quality. Of course, one should always do some research and compare price on expensive repair.
This shop is managed by the owner. He is very hands on. I checked around and his price is very reasonable. Actually he owns two stores next to each other. One side sells tires and the other repairs cars.
I will continue bring all of my cars to this shop.
