I have lived in the area for 3 years but I never ventured in. I finally went in yesterday and was not very impressed at first. I thought for sure they could not help me. After several customers finished there business I was greeted and treated quite well. In fact I got a whole history on crystal and its geographic origins. I walked out with a borrowed catalog and feel pretty confident that the price I was given is more than fair. We went to another "chain" location and immediately felt like the people we were talking to were not very educated with regard to lighting. I think we will go with the folks at the Lamp Shop.
