We had the service of over 3 years, my wife called 2 days before the contract was to re-new to cancel the service and was not told the truth. They have sent a letter wanting over $350.00 or they will send the bill to a collecton company. They are a good service until you don't need the service any longer. We meet all of the terms of the contract, I will not do business with them again
