Good: Kathy Walker, Pure Sleep Specialist, swooped down to save the day.  Our first specialist was quite bad.. Bad: Couldn't understand our original salesman's English, his inaccuracy of computer inputting caused huge headaches, forcing chronic mis-delivery of our items (took 3 attempts for each piece of furniture - 6 visits in all) to obtain a king bed set and couch. IT WAS NEVER THE DELIVERY GUYS' FAULT! They knew that the bed frame/box spring was (repeatedly) wrong  but the warehouse followed the (inaccurate) instructions from the salesman. Each set of delivery gentlemen were wonderful.. Improvements: Improved quality of front office personnel.  The woman who attempted to ring-up our  bill was absolutely lost. Needed constant help from others.  Additionally, the other front office employee (I was there on 12/30/10 and there was only one) was rude, hostile and unprofessional regarding the $50.00 gift certificate given because of such poor service. I stood for an unnecessary 30 agonizing minutes before Mrs. Walker solved it for them.. Other: Should I need furniture in the future, I won't come to Art Van. I'll pay extra somewhere else to ensure better service. However, should Kathy Walker go to a different store, I'll follow her there.  She was outstanding. Her knowledge was top-notch, her patience was incredible and I, for one, would recommend her for Employee of the Year! She saved the day for our family..
