I traveled to Bertera in MA from CT as the result of an ad I saw online. It was well worth the trip because I had a very good experience at Bertera. I was met by the general manager (sales mgr)who greeted me and we talked briefly before he introduced me to the salesman who would be handling my purchase. My salesman was honest, direct, and not pushy. We had a "normal" conversation about life issues and finally got around to purchase a vehicle. I told him exactly what I was looking for, what I wanted to spend, etc. Less than a week later, I bought a 2008 Grand Prix from Bertera on only my 2nd visit, and I would definitely return to purchase another vehicle in the future.
