I went in, had an appointment at 12 but didnt show up until 1pm. It was my first time going so like anywhere I had to fill out the paper work but once that was done I was in there in 15 min. I thought the people were friendly and the place was clean as well which is very important to me. It did take a bit of time getting from station to station but nothing too bad. I got both my glasses and contacts in 4 business days. They have good prices and good service... I would and have reccomded this place!
