Three trips to the store and two home visits from Bill Bornheimer and we were ready to go. Bill helped us get the right unit for our house and confirmed safe placement of the unit. The installers came as scheduled and put in the unit. Unfortunetly it was a factory defective unit. The beauty of shopping locally is that within a day they replaced the unit and we were good to go
