Well, I went to this store and I inquired about a bird she had in the store. She did not seem interested because she thought I could not pay for the bird. She was rude and inconsiderate and how in the world can you run a bussiness if you behave like that? I asked for some bird advice and again she talked with an air of superiority and told that she didnt think I could even hand-feed a bird. I agree with all other raters. Edna hang up the phone once again after I called to asked a question. I was giving this lady the benefit of the doubt. Sorry, Edna
