I have had bad experiences attempting to purchase a car as a young female and felt that salesmen would try to take advantage of me. Trevor Smart was so wonderful and honest and helpful. The entire experiences at Bertera in Palmer, MA was outstanding. Everyone was kind and helpful and positive. Trevor spent HOURS with me and I enjoyed his wit and approach to sales. He should be commended for his efforts and honesty. I will, with out a doubt, purchase my next car form Bertera in Palmer and be glad to work with Trevor again.
