Although the store's enviroment can seem a bit cold shouldered sometimes, they really do do their best for their customers.
They really shine in their guitar shop though! Bob and Richard work endlessly to make top notch work on all their projects. I personally have had additions and major changes on my guitars, with several pickup changes, etc., and they've always turned out beyond my expectations!
