Bad: Lindale Mall Younkers had rude employee who wouldn't call Westdale Mall Younkers to check on a needed size of boots we wanted. She says they aren't allowed to do that. Westdale Mall store's Michelle helped me and while there another customer got the same remark from employee at Lindale Younkers. They were not busy at all at the Lindale store and I know they will check on availability at another store. Very disappointed in the employee at Lindale Younkers but appreciated helpful employee Michelle at Westdale. Other: It was after 8:00pm in the evening and would have much appreciated the employee at the Lindale store's help. When I asked for certain sizes of shoes she brought them out and set them on the floor and walked away. They were not busy in the department at all. I did not appreciate the lack of service at the Lindale Mall Younkers. Michelle at the Westdale Mall store was very courteous. The fact that another customer was the from the Lindale Mall Younkers with the same story should tell you something..
