In waiting room a long time most visits. Staff in current office impersonal & chilly. As due date approached, I asked for reassurance of his presence for my baby's birth. His pompous response was "All you women want a piece of me." Then smiled & said of course he would be there. He wasn't. Had my daughter 3 minutes after the arrival of someone I had never met who told me he didn't get the hospital page even though I'd been in the hospital for 2 hours.He then proceeded to be rude by telling me I was making too much noise!!! Last & most importantly, he performed an episiotomy I specifically told him & Dr. Sassoon I did not want. It took me a year to be able to sit down without pain & I had lost vaginal control. That took 3 to 4 years to partially regain. Never, ever with Robert Sassoon again.
