I thought the dealership handled a very diffult situation equitably. I had a run flat blow out on the freeway and the dealership handled all the subsequent issues in a timely manner and were willing to negotiate price on the alignment which I thought I should not have to pay for on top of buying new tires because run flats can't be repaired.
