I won’t go into the multitude of time consuming problems I ran into with my tire supplier of over 20 years to replace a non-repairable blown tire on my Certified used ‘04 Honda CRV EX 4WD purchased at Hoehn in Carlsbad in June, 2008.
After speaking with Kathy on the phone and her interface with Jose‘ and Bob Murphy in my regard, and the patience and service provided me by my Service Provider, John Ramirez, my problem was expediently solved this morning and I am a grateful and satisfied customer back on the road.
