I just purchased a great "pawn shop crap" Stella guitar from Gravity. The guitar was a sentimental purchase as it was identical to the one I got in High School. Gravity did a great job in communication, lightning shipping, perfect packaging in a new guitar box using recycled packaging.............and they restrung the guitar for me as a surprise bonus. I think that the "low raters" of some of these reviews are truly low raters. Thanks a bunch Gravity
