I haven't stayed overnite at the Inn for a long time, but we eat there on a fairly regular basis. We have a cabin in the area and there are just a few places to eat in Strawberry. We keep trying though because the cooks change regularly. It is hard to keep a business going year round due to the seasonal aspect of the area. The food has been great. It has one of the most beautiful views going! Breakfast is usually the best meal I have had there.Anyway, there are tons of great cabins to rent and the area is a undiscovered gem. Just leave your 'city' crap at home. Kick back, relax, hike, fish, ski, swim and listen to nature.
