Good: They came out and performed an estimate, and also included how much money we'd save in tax breaks and rebates. We decided to ditch our old natural gas hot water tank for a tankless model, and had that installed (Eternal GU145S). We love it!. Bad: Had to call them out the next day to tighten up the gas lines. They did so quickly and professionally.. Improvements: Soapy water can show where a leak is, but for very small leaks, another device should be used to ensure there's no gas leaks, at time of installation.. Other: I would recommend this company to friends and family..
