I started taking my dog there when I first got him as a puppy. The first visit was great, the doctor did a full check and identified a couple issues that needed watching and possibly intervention if they didn't resolve. But I never saw him again! Every visit afterward, over a couple of years, the staff would give him his shots and that was it - no follow-up, no re-exam - ever. No sign that a vet actually worked there after the initial visit!
