The plumber gave me a quick and reasonable estimate, and he took off $30 with my coupon. He quietly worked on the problem and did not bother me once. When he was done, he stood in the front door entrance way with the bill and told me what was done. I'm glad I did not have to get a new toilet since this one is about 20 years old.
