I have lived here at Tressa for 11 months and stumbled across these reviews while looking for their email address online. I wanted to write this review because I disagree completely with what I have read. Especially what was said about the staff being so awful, in fact thats why I wanted to write this because in my encounters with the staff they have always been really pleasant, attentive, and professional to deal with. Also they are always having resident appreciation events and fun stuff for the kids. I have never lived somewhere that does things like that. The building has a great location being right off major bus routes and is really easy to get downtown. The ammenties are just ok but LA Fitness is right around the corner. I have never had a hard time parking my car on the street either if you choose not to get a spot in the garage. My room is spacious affordable and quiet. Finally I should say that there is an ecclectic mix of people here which I think is great!
