We have used Lioe's since moving onto Beacon Hill about 10 years ago. It was recommended by a neighbor and we've experienced nothing but excellent and prompt service. In addition, there have been a few times when they have encouraged us NOT to do something that would have cost us more, and instead, advised us to choose a lower priced option that proved to be best in the long run!
