Just bought furniture from J&D Furniture on Delsea drive Vineland. The furniture is beautiful....However, the customer service was awful. I was told it came in on Wednesday which was false. Then I was told it would come in on friday but could only be delivered by Monday. So i went to pick it up today rather than wait for delivery.Then i was told that part of my order was back ordered. Which means the 7-10 business delivery was false. More like 7-14 days. Instead of apologizing i was told that Ashley furniture would have made me wait longer. I told management that "Big Lots" had the furniture last week. Management told me I should have bought it from "Big Lots" then. I would not recommend J&D to anyone
