I have had my Ackerman security system for about a month. Jason Wright was our salesperson and when I had questions recently he made sure I got some technical help so I could better understand how the system works. Dan, our technichian, was very professional and has answered my follow up questions promptly. We've been pleased with the service we've received. My husband was looking for low monthly rates and Ackerman had the best deal we could find.
