We love Dr Cheshire himself. He is great with our son and very compassionate. However, his office staff have been rude to my wife and I on several occassions. They read us the riot act everytime we call in to have our son's prescription renewed, stating we must call 48 hours in advance of needing it. However, they always have it same day. It is a freakin piece of paper. Besides, at the price I pay, they shouldn't complain.
