After a minor accident one of the tires was making noise. First visit to check the tire, they found no problem and they did not charge me. I thought that was very nice. I drove away but the tire was still making noise and brought it back. The technician simply rotated the tire, moving the problem tire to the rear. I just had a tire rotation less than a month ago. He should have known that this would not solve the problem. My neighbor also had a very bad experience at Girard's. I'll let him write his review.
