Called to set an appointment for a furnace cleaning and radiator repair, which was already supposedly checked and recommended by a technician last fall. Per Kathy in the service department, she found the ticket, but no monetary estimate was ever done, so she was to check with the tech and call back, never did. Called back 3 days later, on hold forever. Guess they must not need my business. Will have to start all over with someone else. more
