If you're looking for "Americanized" Mexican like Don Pablo's, this isn't for you. If you want real Mexican food, you can't beat Vaquero's. Dozens of my friends and co-workers eat here regularly, I go at least every 2-3 weeks; it's the only Mexican restaurant I want to go to anymore (Las Margaritas is a close second). They have moved into a nicer place (no longer on Dublin Center, now in the old Houlihan's building on SR-161 near Baby's R Us), which has a nice outdoor patio too. Very inexpensive for the portions, and good happy hour prices. My recommendation: one of the fajita quesadillas, either chicken or shrimp. Also frequently order the Nachos Locos, and Burrito San Diego is good if you like chorizo.
